Todd Lechleitner began his professional career in engineering, obtaining a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1988 and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University in 1993. A Registered Professional Engineer, he has spearheaded projects involving the conceptualization, design, prototype, testing and release of computer systems and components. His unique background includes performing test flight planning and evaluation of electro-mechanical missile systems, as well as project management on an Aegis defense system network terminal for the U.S. Navy.

With experience in electrical/mechanical design, project/system management and quality assurance, Todd's analytical proficiency and attention to detail have aided him well in his transitions to real estate.

Initially obtaining his license in 1996, Todd continued to concentrate on engineering for a brief span before deciding to make a permanent career change. His first year as a full time agent, he was among the honorees in the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors Winner's Circle and by his second year was recognized as being in the top 20%. He became involved in residential sales, including acting as a listing agent and developer for the communities of Stone Knoll, Springbrook Farms and the Village of Springbrook Farms in South Londonderry Township.

Todd's land development experience has included several projects where he has been able to actively apply his broad-based engineering background when working through land acquisition, plan approval and infrastructure.

In 2007, Todd became the Broker and an Owner of Brownstone Real Estate Company, along with his business partner, Scott Campbell. A member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, Todd is also a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Together with Scott Campbell, he looks forward to directing Brownstone Real Estate's continued growth while maintaining the company's long-standing reputation of trust and service to the community.
